Tuball™ Matrix 201/301

TUBALL™ MATRIX is a line of concentrates based on TUBALL™ single wall carbon nanotubes specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to epoxy and polyester resins, while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix.

TUBALL™ MATRIX is designed for the most demanding applications in the automotive, petrochemical, oil and gas, healthcare, pharmaceutical and electronics industries.

  • TUBALL™ nanotubes enable ultralow dosage starting with 0.01%
  • Allow production of conductive parts that retains bright color
  • Maintain and even increase mechanical strength, increase in fracture toughness of up to 25%
  • Ensure permanent and uniform electrical conductivity without “hotspots”

Tuball™ Matrix 201

TUBALL™ MATRIX 201 is a concentrate specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to epoxy and polyester resins while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix.

Concentrate carrier is fatty acid glycidyl ester.

Key applications

Epoxy systems

epoxy-based floors, epoxy compounds, carbon fiber reinforced composites, glass fiber reinforced pipes, epoxy adhesives and other epoxy based applications where electrical conductivity is required.

Polyester systems

polyester gelcoats, moldcoats, BMC and SMC-composites and other polyester based applications where electrical conductivity is required.

Tuball™ Matrix 301

TUBALL™ MATRIX 301 is a concentrate specifically designed to provide superior electrical conductivity to epoxy resins while retaining mechanical properties and minimally impacting the host matrix.

Concentrate carrier is surfactant based on ethoxylated alcohol.

epoxy-based floors, epoxy compounds, carbon fiber reinforced composites, epoxy adhesives and other epoxy based applications where electrical conductivity is required.

Samples

OCSiAl provides samples of TUBALL™ MATRIX 201 and TUBALLTM MATRIX 301 to demonstrate conductive properties in different materials.

Sample size = 50 g enough for 5 kg compound with 1% TUBALL MATRIX concentration.
